Do you have a minimum gift budget requirement?
No! There is no minimum. We can work with any budget and no project is too large or too small.
What if I don’t like the gifts included in the initial presentation?
Our clients’ satisfaction is the most important thing to us. If a client isn’t happy with the initial concepts, we will present additional options and work on it until we get it right.
In addition to the cost of the gift, what additional fees will I pay?
For personal gifting projects, clients pay an idea generation fee to retain our services. This fee covers research and procurement, along with wrapping for a single gift. Shipping charges to you or the gift recipient are additional. Pricing for corporate clients is entirely custom, dependent on the size and scope of the project.
Do you charge extra for gift wrapping?
Our idea generation fee includes gift wrap for a single item. All gifts are wrapped in our signature paper and ribbon. Custom wrapping is available upon request.
What if I want to return the gift?

How do I pay for your services?
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo and personal check.
How far in advance do I need to enlist your help?
While we appreciate as much advance notice as possible, we will always do our best to work within your time frame.
I’m going on a group trip and need help coming up with fun theme nights and custom items to help make the trip extra special and memorable. Is this something you can help with?
Yes! From custom paper products to welcome gifts and surprises along the way, we’ve got you covered. We can even help with custom playlists and fun props to enhance your trip. Pricing for this is based on the size and scope of the project.
I need help with all of the gifts associated with my wedding; welcome bags, bridesmaid/groomsmen gifts and something special for my parents. Can you help?
Absolutely! We work closely with you, your planner, and the invitation design team to select thematic gifts related to the couple and the location. This can include creating custom gifting elements that are cohesive with your weekend design.
I just got married and I don’t like some of the items for which I initially registered. Can you help me rework it so I can exchange the gifts for the
right things?
Yes! We can work with you to prioritize returns and determine the best use of your credit so that you end up with gifts you really love and will actually use. Pricing for this is based on the size and scope of the project.
I’m already married but I want to refresh my tabletop collection. Is this a service you offer?
Yes! Our founder, Eden Delaune offers lifestyle consulting services including custom tabletop sourcing. She loves working on special projects like this. Whether it’s a tabletop look for a specific event or a top-to-bottom tabletop refresh, she is here to help. Pricing for this is based on the size and scope of the project.
